General Directions for Registering:
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS AND INSTRUCTORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS WHILE IN STUDIOS OR IN LOCATIONS WHERE SOCIAL DISTANCING IS NOT POSSIBLE. Note - a deposit of 50% of the workshop fee is required to reserve a spot in any workshop. If mailing a check, the registration begins on the date the check is received in our office. 
  • Please click on the medium of your choice below. This will allow you to see a complete list of all workshops offered in that medium.
  • Select a workshop from the list, determine whether you wish to pay in full or pay a deposit, and repeat this process for any additional workshops.

  • You MUST be 18 years of age or older to register for a workshop.
  • Discounts apply to workshop fees only.
  • Discounts are avaiable. 
    • 20% for anyone who registers before April 1, 2021. ENTER "Early Bird Discount" in the promotional code box at checkout.
    • 20% for those 60 years of age and older, TTU alumni, and K-12 educators. ENTER "20% discount" in the promotional code box at checkout.
    • 50% for employees of TTU. ENTER "50% discount" in the promotional code box at checkout.
General Workshop Hours and Policies
  • Hours
    • Weekend 
      • Friday, 2:30-8:30 p.m. (check-in 1-2 p.m.)
      • Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
      • Sunday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
    • Weeklong
      • Sunday, 2:30 - 8:30 p.m. (check-in 1-2 p.m.)
      • Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
      • Friday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • A materials/supply list will be sent to participants at least two weeks prior to the workshop. If an instructor is providing materials, the fee is listed in the description.
  • Refunds: If a participant withdraws from a workshop 30 or more days prior to the workshop, a refund (minus a $50 non-refundable deposit) may be issued via the original form of payment. After that date, no refund can be issued due to contractual obligations with the workshop instructor.
  • Individuals may be dismissed (without refund) from campus for hazardous, disruptive, agressive or intimidating behavior. We strive to maintain a friendly, inspiring, safe atmosphere on our campus for maximum creativity!
  • Individuals will also be dismissed from campus (without refund) if they do not follow social distancing and mask mandated - unless policies current (as of October 22, 2020) change.
Room and Board 
  • Room and board is available to workshop participants as a package. Those electing not to stay in housing may still purchase meals a la carte in the on-site cafe.
  • Weekend packages include 2 nights of lodging and 6 meals - lodging Friday and Saturday nights and meals beginning with dinner Friday and concluding with lunch Sunday. The fee is $220.
  • Weeklong packages include 5 nights of lodging and 15 meals - lodging Sunday-Thursday nights and meals beginning with dinner Sunday and concluding with lunch Friday. The fee is $550.
  • Each room is air-conditioned and contains two single beds and a restroom with shower.
  • ALL rooms are single rooms this year to maximize COVID precautions. If spouses wish to share a room, please note that in the "roommate preference" question. At this time, we are not allowing non-participants to stay in housing (a spouse who is not taking a workshop). If precautions change, we will update our policy.
  • Room and board is open to workshop participants while enrolled in a workshop or up to a day before or after the workshop. 
  • Discounts are NOT available for room and board.
